Ellesmere is a sustainable and ecologically sound run farm that is environmentally friendly and productive. All the animals that reside here are always happy and healthy. There is no use of chemical intervention, antibiotics or growth promotants. Ellesmere is a family owned property that has been farmed with bio-dynamic practices over the past 40 years. It has been Demeter certified since 1988. Every year Mark applies a biological activator preparation (500), this spray is a unique natural soil activator, which applied under certain conditions, help maximise soil uptake. The (500) is taken into the soil via the plants, encouraging natural rejuvenation and a dynamic soil which in turn helps bring to life healthy, balanced plants.
